Essentials are provided, but you may bring a hairbrush or comb. Shower before (shampoo ONLY) and after (shampoo and condition) to maintain water cleanliness. You can float naked or in a bathing suit in a private suite. Floating is safe for pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters with prior OBGYN approval. Follow rules to avoid bodily fluids, drugs, alcohol, and certain products. No goggles are needed; the water is shallow and warm. Prepare by hydrating, avoiding caffeine, eating a light snack, and removing jewelry and contact lenses.

The infrared sauna is different than traditional saunas because it uses light to heat the body directly and has deeper penetration (heating from the inside out) rather than heating the surrounding air (from the outside in), hence the standard temperature at which we keep it.
