Position Summary

The Aqua Tech (AQT) is a crucial role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall quality of the studio’s aquatic and wellness facilities. This role ensures that all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients. This role works closely with our Wellness Concierge Team, which is our front of house/desk team members responsible for welcoming guests to the facility.

AQTs will guide guests (after check in) back into the studio to their experience rooms and will be a resource during the entirety of the appointment. They are also responsible for cleaning and “turning over” the room for the next guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance:

  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of float tanks, cold plunges, saunas, and other wellness equipment.

  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to the Operations Manager.

  • Conduct regular water quality testing and adjust chemical levels as needed to maintain safety standards.

• Client Support:

  • Assist clients with the use of wellness equipment, providing instructions and ensuring they have a comfortable experience.

  • Address any client concerns or issues related to the facilities promptly and professionally

  • Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for clients.

• Operational Efficiency:

  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other maintenance materials.

  • Coordinate with GM for equipment repairs and maintenance services.

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and water quality tests.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

  • Implement and follow standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and cleaning.

  • Participate in regular safety training and drills.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the front desk and wellness concierge team to ensure seamless operations.

  • Assist with other studio tasks as needed, including setting up for events and managing client flow.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all client needs are met.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is a plus.

  • Previous experience in facility maintenance, pool/spa maintenance, or a similar role preferred.

• Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong technical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

  • MUST LOVE CLEANING :) 

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

• This position requires working on-site at the IntoMeSea studio.

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor tasks.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about wellness and eager to develop their skills across various marketing channels. You will support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage our website, and assist with event coordination —all while contributing to the growth of our wellness community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or content creation.

• Experience using Squarespace, email marketing tools, and CRM systems (especially HubSpot).

• Strong writing and communication skills, with a passion for wellness.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and Google Ads a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across key channels (social media, paid search, email, in-person events).

  • Work with external partners (influencers, vendors) to coordinate campaign deliverables.

  • Ensure that campaigns align with IntoMeSea’s mission and contribute to overall growth goals.

• Content Strategy:

  • Write and publish one blog post per month.

  • Create new site pages for upcoming events, services, or campaigns as needed.

• Email Marketing:

  • Create and publish 1x monthly email newsletters. 

  • Manage existing email sequences for key customer journeys (welcome workflows, re-engagement, membership promotions).

• Squarespace Website Management:

  • Develop new landing pages or sections to support promotional efforts.

  • Manage URL mappings.

  • Update SEO details in Squarespace settings for new and existing pages.

• Project Management:

  • Update the marketing calendar and ensure all activities are scheduled according to strategic timelines.

  • Maintain HubSpot CRM for customer contacts, influencer partnerships, and event attendees.

  • Lead weekly marketing execution update meetings.

• Tracking & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media, email marketing, event participation, and SEO/PPC performance.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing efforts based on data-driven results.

Additional Responsibilities, As Applicable:

We would like to find a candidate who can also manage social media and search engine marketing (SEO & PPC). 

• Search Engine Marketing

  • Support SEO efforts by conducting on-page optimization and assisting with keyword research.

  • Help manage and track performance of paid search campaigns (PPC), collaborating on strategy and budget allocation.

  • Provide input for search visibility improvements based on keyword and performance analysis.

• Social Media

  • Manage daily postings on Instagram and, eventually, TikTok, ensuring content aligns with IntoMeSea's brand and values.

  • Implement advertising campaigns on social media.

  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to promote IntoMeSea services and events.

  • Monitor social media performance and suggest optimizations for growth and engagement.
